We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after your membership fee has been paid to request money back.
If more than 14 days have passed since your membership fee has been processed, we can cancel your membership, and you will retain access to the community and courses until your membership month expires.
To be eligible for a refund in your first month of membership regardless of the 14-day refund policy, the following criteria must be met:
– You’ve watched <20% of the course content.
– You’ve been inactive in the community for the past 7 days.
